Frequently Asked Questions

With the support of your school, we would have pre-populated the TuitionPay system with the existing email addresses that were currently on file. As such, this feature has been disabled as parents will not need to create their own accounts. 

If you have not received an email with your login credentials, you can reset your password using the Lost your password? link located on the My Account page. You will enter your email address and click “Reset Password”. You will receive an email with a password reset link that will allow you to change your password.
To reset your password, click the "Edit Account" link on your My Account page. In the Password Change section, enter your current password, enter your new password, and re-enter your password in the confirm password textboxes. Click "Save Changes".
At this time, you can only pay for one child. Each payment will be automatically linked to an individual invoice and an individual child.
At this time, invoices are automatically generated per term.  If you would like to make an annual payment, please contact Catholic Education Centre Head Office to request the annual amount.  Once you have the annual amount, you can use the payment form to make your payment.
Once you have been approved for a payment plan, you can use the payment form to make your payment.  Be sure to select Payment Plan in the Term drop down list. DO NOT use the invoice to make a payment as it will be for the full amount of the invoice.

At this time, we are encouraging persons to utilize the credit card payment method through the TuitionPay.io online portal. More payment options will be added in the future.

If making a payment using the payment form option, you will receive the following message on the screen "Thank you for your payment. Your school will ensure that your payment is reflected on your account."

If making a payment using the invoice, you will receive a message on the invoice page indicating "PAYMENT RECEIVED & INVOICE PAID!" Your invoices and payments history will be on the parents dashboard for future references.

Email notifications will also be sent verifying the same.

If for whatever reason, you made a mistake, please contact the Catholic Education Centre Head Office immediately. They will be able to determine the validity and feasibility for a void or refund.
